Private detective Helen Keremos thinks her routine assignment to the Far East will leave her lots of time for playing tourist. Almost immediately, her plans go awry as she becomes involved in a complex set of crimes involving a missing person and murder. The situation becomes more entangled when Helen gets mixed up with local gangsters the yakuza not to mention an international art smuggling ring that leads her to Toronto, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
