About the Author

Frances Richter has lived all of her life in the deep south, most of it spent in the beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina area. She has been a guest speaker and has appeared at private and charitable events and takes an interest in humanitarian issues. Frances volunteers her time and talents working in the community in the interests of neglected and abused children and regularly donates proceeds of her sales to charitable organizations.
