Two Women, Two Shores by Medbh McGuckian; Nuala Archer

'The publication of Two Women, Two Shores in 1989 made explicit Archer’s continued connection to Ireland and broadened her themes by including poems set in the American Southwest. Several of these poems, such as “Here in Oklahoma,” reappear in From a Mobile Home and serve as a bridge to Archer’s new work.' ~ Robin Becker
