About the Author
J. Alex Acker has been a corporate communications writer and promotional copywriter for over 17 years. She also teaches business writing seminars.
Alex’s writing accomplishments include several newspaper articles, poems, a personal essay and a chapter in a professional textbook. In 2000, she was named a finalist in the Southwest Writers Conference writing competition.
She lives with her partner Rita and her dog Wylie in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
