Dirty Work by Vivien Kelly

Scary and sexy story set principally within one of London's hostels for the homeless.

----
Murder or Suicide? No one seems to care - but Jo won't let it rest when Karen, a young lesbian, is found dead in a hostel for the homeless. Advice from Jo's housemates (queer and straight), comfort from police sergeant Jane (an ex-lover) and steamy sex with a prime suspect all figure in the investigation. Finally, Karen's intimates and enemies lead the way to a solution that challenges even Jo's wit and stamina.
