Robson sets out a theoretical base in a given area, then uses it to critique the current laws and corresponding cases and to assess strategies for achieving change. Readable, precise, and not bogged down in too much legal jargon, this book would be a valuable addition to libraries with good-sized lesbian/gay studies or legal collections.
