Lust Prowl by Alan Marshall; Marilyn Goldin

From the back cover teaser: 'Hick tramp --- with big city ideas, was Pat. Young and beautiful, not yet a wanton but eager to learn, she was the sweater-bursting eye-stopper who left the countryside to live the thrills of the Big Town. And she found them - more than she had bargained for --- And with all of it there was the driving urge, the need that flamed inside her that drove her to a wanton's grave!'
