Make Mine a Corpse by Michael Storme

Make Mine a Corpse

Michael Storme

Summary (From the publisher):

Nick Cranley does it again! Gangsters, gamblers and gay gals tangle him up for a fare-thee-well. The gals are something from out of this world – a set of sultry twins, beautiful with bodies that would make the Fisher Brothers hide their heads in shame. Nina and Beth are the twins, lovely to look at but more dangerous than a pair of rattlesnakes.

For love and ten bucks a day Nick won’t get rich. Nina, his client, is nearly more than Nick can handle – more than just lovely to look at, Nina insists that he is reimbursed for his work over and above the ten bucks a day. Nick really enjoys his bonus, especially since his wife’s away.

The missing plans of a new and terrible war weapon are being sought by too many different factions. Nick’s job is to see that it is found and turned over to the right party – with everyone playing for keeps, and murder the rule not the exception – this is no easy task.

Cranley is hard and tough and a hellion on wheels with the women. He won’t take no for an answer.
