Staying in the Game by Nann Dunne

In the midst of a grisly murder spree at neighboring schools, tall, gorgeous Shelley Brinton transfers to Spofford College. Is it just coincidence that two of the victims were students at her former school? Or that Shelley won't explain her mysterious nighttime disappearances? Her softball teammates become suspicious as evidence mounts against the secretive woman.

Wrestling with the heartache of a recently failed relationship, Angela Wedgewood finds herself unwillingly attracted to Shelley in spite of warnings from her friends. Could the intriguing newcomer possibly be involved in the killings? Angela's heart says 'No,' but her common sense whispers, 'She could be.'
