Stealing Time by Nicky Edwards

A teenage master-mind and London squatters show the way to collapsing an already moribund system.

'In a not so distant future, squatters in London plot against the credit card economy. But even their methods seem tame to Al, a deliberately dangerous adolescent. Here we have a heroine capable of disrupting anyone's preconceptions: about age, about sex, about computers, about morality. But this is a novel of ideas. A lesbian feminist novel that brings today's vicious politics to their illogical conclusion while offering a rascally hope for the future.'
