This is the story of two sisters: earnest, unwordly Elsie and boyish, independant Leo. Both sisters ran away from their nagging parents, Elsie some years after Leo and expecting to find her older sister to be living a life of glamorous sin with a male lover, but was surprised to find Leo living happily with the lovely and feminine Helen.
