Women Remembered by Charlotte Bunch; Nancy Myron

A collection of short biographies of women originally printed in The Furies. Ranging from the Trojan Women to Gertrude Stein, each article discusses the lives of women, both famous and unknown, who revolted against male supremacy in their day. Written from a lesbian/feminist perspective, this book both looks at each woman's life and analyzes how women's history has been suppressed.
