Lieutenant Colonel Deanna ‘Dean’ Peterson arrives in a small upper New York State town to take over the Army ROTC program at the local college. Katie O’Malley a part-time waitress and realtor, helps Dean find a house to rent. Unknown to each of them, they are working undercover on the same case. This chance meeting in a Catskill Mountain town brings two agents together in an exciting tangle of politics, secrecy, and danger of not only national, but global proportions.
