In 1874 Cecilia Natashia Dupuin, a new graduate of a Parisian finishing school, is summoned to a secluded ch\u00e2teau on the outskirts of Grenoble, France. She thought her employment to be writing a simple vanity memoir for the Lady of the household. However, Cecilia soon finds herself caught up in a dark and fantastical tale centered on the mysterious history of the ch\u00e2teau.
