Love Your Enemy? by Onlywomen Press

A now famous collection of letters and papers which debates the place of sexuality in feminist theory and practice. Political lesbianism: the case against heterosexuality was originally written as a conference paper produced by Leeds Revolutignary Feminists in 1979; then published in WIRES, the internal newsletter of the Women’s Liberation Movement, where it aroused immense controversy. Most of the letters published in WIRES as a result are reprinted here, together with an Afterword by the Leeds Revolutionary Feminists. The issues are still current and still open to debate.
